I’m Alan Kushmakov with Alan K Group and I’ve sold more than $75 Million in real estate in my first 5 years in business.
In 2013, my first year in business I had no real estate sales experience. No mentor or a coach and 3 kids under the age of five with $2K a month daycare bill. I had no choice but from day 1 to do this full time and treat this as a “Real Business”.
During my first year in business, I made lots of mistakes, bombed on many listing and buyer appointments and probably left over 25 deals on the table that year.
Since then, I’ve spent money on coaching, tech tools, and marketing. Some of it worked, but a lot did not.
I’m still in the process of building a solid business, surrounded by a great team, but still in the trenches and can offer lots of value to new or seasoned agents.
I believe there is a void in the real estate sales industry. The 90 hours of Real Estate Schooling is not enough to get needed knowledge and most brokerages are not equipped to provide functional knowledge to either help you to get your business off the ground or grow your business.
You don’t need to pay a bunch of money to a real estate coach.
