Powerful 3rd week of February. Listings under contract were up 7.2% in 2019 vs. 3.9% in the 3rd week of Feb 2018.
Typical mortgage rates are back around 4.5% instead of of close to 5%.
The market is slowly moving in favor of the seller.

🏡 Average Sold Price Per SQ FT is DOWN ⬇️ 15% at $165 compared to $195 in FEB 2018
🏡 Homes Sales are DOWN ⬇️ 8% 6,506 compared to 7,070 in FEB 2018
🏡 Average Days on The Market is DOWN ⬇️ to 67 Days compared to 69 Days In FEB 2018
MLS ACTIVE INVENTORY IS 19,143 as of March 20 – 2.5 MONTHS OF SUPPLY
